Novel Social Media Launch Campaign

My novel is almost ready for release and I want to build buzz with a focused social media push. The plan is to work only on Facebook and Instagram, combining organic posts with a modest paid boost, and skipping email blasts or influencer tie-ins for now.
What I need from you is the full campaign journey—from shaping a concise content calendar through to publishing and monitoring results. The campaign must lean on eye-catching images and short videos: think cover-reveal graphics, excerpt quote cards, 15-second teaser reels, and behind-the-scenes clips. You can create in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or any tool you prefer as long as the final assets are platform-ready.
Deliverables
• A two-week content calendar outlining daily posts for both platforms
• Design and editing of all image and video assets (at least eight images and four short videos)
• Copy captions and relevant hashtags tailored to each platform
• Scheduling and light community management (responding to comments for the first 24 hours after each post)
• Optional: set up a small paid ad set in Facebook Ads Manager if you feel it will amplify reach (I’ll cover the ad spend)
• End-of-campaign report summarising reach, engagement, and recommendations for the next phase
Success looks like clear, engaging content delivered on schedule and measurable engagement that outperforms my current baseline. If you’ve launched books, events, or other creative projects on Facebook and Instagram before, I’d love to see examples when we chat.
