Notion Practice Management Template Build

I’m creating a premium, automated practice-management system for independent therapists and need a Notion specialist who can turn my workflow outline into a polished, client-ready template.

Core requirement
• Appointment scheduling: therapists must be able to book, reschedule, and view sessions from a streamlined calendar inside Notion.

Architecture
• Notion will be the primary interface.
• Google Sheets can sit in the background for analytics or data exports—set it up so the hand-off feels invisible to the user but flexible for future reporting.

What I expect from you
1. Build a clean Notion workspace with databases for clients, sessions, and payments already linked.
2. Configure an appointment-scheduling view that syncs with Google Calendar (Zapier, Make, or native automations—your call, but explain why you chose it).
3. Create the Google Sheets layer that quietly logs each session for metrics and backup.
4. Write a concise onboarding guide (video or step-by-step doc) so a non-technical therapist can duplicate the template and start using it in under 30 minutes.
5. Deliver a 30-minute walkthrough to confirm everything runs smoothly and to capture any final tweaks.

Helpful experience
• Deep knowledge of Notion database relations and formulas
• Prior work building scheduling flows (Calendly, Google Calendar, Cron, etc.)
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make
• Understanding of solo or small-practice therapy workflows
