Notion Business CRM Build

I need a custom CRM built directly inside my existing Notion business space. The system’s primary role is Business management and databases, so every component should revolve around a flexible, relational database structure that can scale as our client list, projects, and internal operations grow.

Core expectations
• Set up interconnected databases for contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and team notes.
• Design clean dashboards that surface high-level metrics (pipeline status, open tasks, upcoming renewals) without extra clicks.
• Implement easy-to-use views—Kanban, timeline, and filtered tables—to let the team toggle between day-to-day execution and strategic overviews.
• Create templates for new lead intake, meeting notes, and deal stages so data stays consistent.
• Provide a short Loom or written walkthrough showing how to add data, link records, and customize views.

Acceptance criteria
1. All databases link via Notion relation & roll-up fields without breaking existing pages in the workspace.
2. Dashboards load in under two seconds and update automatically when records change.
3. A sample data set demonstrates each template and report is functioning correctly.

Everything must live within Notion—no external tools required right now—so please keep the build native and streamlined.
