*NOTE: Automatically generated offers will be rejected without further consideration*** We need an illustrator/graphic designer for creating pictures for breeders

***Please read the entire project description and review all attachments before submitting a proposal***
The attachments and the text are an important part of the tender process. This will be a no-nonsense tender. We do not have time for unnecessary chatter. Read the entire description and I believe you will understand. If this is not the way you prefer to work, you are free not to submit a proposal.
The product we are looking for is a graphic image composition/design to be used in connection with the sale of puppies, including advertising individual breeding dogs or finding foster homes/co-owners for dogs.
I have attached a number of different images found on the internet. You should be able to understand the assignment based on these images.
You do not need to copy any of them, but they illustrate the type of design we are looking for.
There are also attached photos of the dogs we would like to use in the new design. If you need additional or different photos, we can provide them.
We have a logo that must be included in the image. The placement is entirely up to you. You may position it wherever you feel it works best within the design.
The logo is attached.
The image should be approximately the same size as the examples included with the tender. It will primarily be used on social media and must be large enough to ensure that all text remains clearly readable on any screen.
Initially, only one image is required. There may be additional projects in the future, but we cannot make any promises regarding when or whether these will occur. Therefore, you should not expect regular work of this type, although we would certainly like to find a designer we can work with repeatedly.
We require the files in .jpg or .png format, as well as an editable source file format that allows future modifications.
There is no deadline for this project. Take the time you need to do the job properly.
***Anyone who submits an automatic or generic proposal will receive one star and be removed from the tender process.***
I will contact all bidders to review similar work they have completed in the past. Designers who can demonstrate experience with similar projects will be prioritized over those who cannot. I am not asking for a free sample, but I do expect examples from previous projects that are comparable to this assignment.
Those who are unable to properly answer the messages I send and instead respond only with phrases such as “hello dear,” “how are you?”, etc., will receive two stars and be removed from the tender process.
The same applies to those who simply reply with “hello boss,” “good morning,” or similar greetings without actually answering the questions I have asked. If you do not respond properly, you will be excluded from the tender process.
Anyone who asks me to send examples to illustrate what we want, or who asks what the assignment is about, will also receive two stars. This indicates that you have not taken the time to understand the project before submitting your proposal.
Those who submit proposals such as “this is an initial bid,” “budget to be discussed,” or similar statements because they intend to submit a higher quote later will receive a maximum of three stars and will therefore be excluded from the process, regardless of the quality they may be able to deliver.
We believe the project description is straightforward and detailed enough for you to provide your actual price from the beginning. If not, there is a Questions & Answers section where you may ask as many questions as necessary. We are happy to answer questions that help clarify the assignment further.
Everyone else will receive four to five stars based on their proposal and relevant previous work. These are the candidates who will move on to the final stage, where we will ultimately select a freelancer based on the best combination of quality and price.
Do not ask what my budget is. You will not receive an immediate acceptance. Being able to complete the work within one or two days is not a reason for us to choose you. We are not in a hurry.
Submit a proposal with the price you are genuinely comfortable completing the project for. We will then compare all bidders based on the quality they can deliver and the price they charge. If your price is higher than another bidder's without offering any noticeable additional quality, you have effectively priced yourself out of the competition. If you offer the best quality at the lowest price, your chances of being selected are very high. Professionalism and politeness, without being pushy, are also part of our quality assessment.
You will not receive acceptance immediately after we begin communicating. If you start pushing for budget information in an attempt to negotiate on the spot so that you can secure the project ahead of other bidders, your rating will be reduced by one star. Give me the best price you are comfortable offering. Price and quality will determine whether you move forward in the process. Persistent pressure and aggressive sales tactics are a guaranteed way not to get the job.
I hope you now understand what I mean by a “no-nonsense tender.” If this is also a working method you appreciate, I am confident that we can build a successful working relationship. We are easy to work with as long as people are sincere and honest. We look forward to collaborating with a skilled freelancer.
Finally: Do not be one of those who end up with a one-to-three-star rating. Spend your time more wisely.
