Norwegian-English Document Translation

I have a short Norwegian document—just 491 words—that I need rendered into clear, natural-sounding English. The text is general in tone, but the finished piece will be published, so every nuance has to read as if it were originally written in English.
Please keep the layout simple; I only need minimal formatting that mirrors basic paragraph breaks in the source file. No design or desktop-publishing work is required—pure translation quality is what matters.
I’ll provide the file in Word the moment we start. In return, I’m looking for:
• an English Word document with the same paragraph structure,
• zero machine-translation residue, and
• wording polished enough for direct publication.
If you rely on CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ, or Wordfast to stay consistent, that’s fine, but the final text must feel entirely human. Let me know your turnaround time and a short sample of previous Norwegian-to-English work if you have one.
I need also to indicate the translator's name in the final piece.
