North Delhi Microsoft 365 Setup

We are opening a 10-seat office in North Delhi and need a complete Microsoft-centric environment brought online from scratch. The requirement covers both cloud and on-prem pieces:

• Microsoft 365 tenant creation and licensing for 10 users.
– Each user must leave the hand-over day with Outlook email, Teams, shared OneDrive/SharePoint files, and device security policies already applied.

• Supply, image, and hand over brand-new Windows computers (desktops or laptops; I am open to your hardware recommendations). All machines should ship with the latest Windows 11 Pro, BitLocker turned on, and be enrolled in Intune or equivalent for device management.

• Office network build-out: dual-band Wi-Fi throughout the floor, Cat-6 wired points at every workstation, a managed switch, and one centrally located shared printer accessible over the LAN and via Microsoft Universal Print.

• Basic user orientation so my team can log in on day one, send mail, start a Teams call, and reach the shared drive without extra help.

All work needs to be completed on-site, including cabling and equipment mounting, so only professionals able to travel to (or already based in) North Delhi should respond. Please outline the hardware you plan to source, estimated timelines for procurement, setup, and hand-over, and any previous similar deployments you’ve led.
