You will:
Research competitors and local food trends.
Identify menu gaps and opportunities.
Develop unique menu/product ideas.
Research ingredient costs and pricing.
Create concise reports and recommendations.
Ideal candidate:
F&B/restaurant experience
Strong research & analytical skills
Understanding of food costing and pricing
Excellent English
US/Canada market experience is a plus
