I need a fast, professional multipage site that showcases our mission while making it effortless for visitors to give. The home page must spotlight an eye-catching Donation button alongside a live feed of our most recent projects so supporters instantly see where their money goes.

Key requirements
• Secure PayPal integration that handles both one-time gifts and recurring monthly donations.
• A self-service “Create a Project” workflow: supporters open their own fundraising campaign, set a goal, share the link and watch progress in real time.
• Lightweight, responsive design that scores high on Google PageSpeed and works flawlessly on mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Easy-to-use CMS sections for About, Programs, Impact Stories, Contact and any future pages my team may need.

Acceptance criteria
1. Visitors can donate via PayPal in a single click or set up a monthly subscription without leaving the site.
2. Registered users can launch, edit and manage fundraising projects from a personal dashboard, while I retain admin approval rights.
3. Page load times under three seconds on a 4G connection, verified with PageSpeed Insights.
4. WCAG-compliant styling and clear, modern UI that mirrors our brand guidelines.
5. Final deliverables: full source code, deployment instructions, and a brief video or document walking my team through the CMS and campaign-management features.
6. Great SEO
7. The website once created must be approved by Google for Nonprofits. This is a must to get payment. Please go read the requirements from Google for Nonprofit. However, a clean and responsible website, with action buttons will easily be approved.
8. Can use AI where ever possible.
9. Designing it (not only with code, maybe with AI or CMS) that will allow us to be able to edit by ourselves whenever possible.

The goal is to launch a fully functional site after we complete our final checks. I’d love to discuss what fits best if you have a preferred tech stack—whether that's WordPress or a lightweight custom build. Clean code, clear communication, and timely updates will be essential for keeping us on track. Crucially, the site must include a simple e-commerce store where donors can purchase products to support our nonprofit."

If this sounds like a build you can turn around cleanly and efficiently, let’s talk details.
**Note: Would like someone to work with for other projects, including editing, fixing, and updating this website in the future.
