'No Parking' Sign Graphic Design

Small graphic design project.

Require a print ready file for a 'no parking' sign which will be printed on vinyl, matte laminate fixed to an aluminium backing, (which in turn will be installed onto a Colourbond aluminium boundary fence).

Design specs:
- As close to the attached image as possible.
Appearance: To be elegant, upmarket residential look while remaining very readable.
- Background colour to 'Colourbond Monument' (CMYK: 24 18 14 90. RGB: 50 50 51. HEX: 323233)
- Text:
- Font type: Match attached image (Bodani MT)
- Font colour: Match attached image (Matt soft warm ivory RGB: 242, 237, 227. HEX: #F2EDE3)
- Letter size: "NO PARKING" should print at 30-35mm high x 25-30mm wide.
- Letter size: "KEEP CLEAR" should print at 22-25mm high x 15-20mm wide
- Letter spacing: slight positive tracking, around +2–4%
- Graphics: Match attached image. Include 4-5mm diameter circle in four corners to emulate fixing screws.
- Graphic colour: Same as font.

File specs:
Format: print-ready PDF preferred · AI / EPS accepted · JPG/PNG OK for large format
Colour: CMYK only — convert RGB and spot colours before export
Resolution: 150dpi at full size
Bleed: 3mm on all sides · keep text 10mm inside the trim
Fonts: outlined / converted to curves
Rich black: C50 M50 Y50 K100 for large solid areas
