NMC Nurse for Specialist Review

I am looking for an experienced NMC-registered nurse to carry out a structured clinical review of approximately 111 blood biomarkers for a UK digital health platform.

The review will focus on the clinical interpretation framework behind each biomarker, including reference ranges, interpretation of low and high results, relevant contextual factors, safety considerations, escalation points, and areas that may require specialist input.

This is a clinical review and assessment project. It does not involve software development or direct patient care.

Ideal skills and experience:

Current NMC registration is mandatory
Strong experience interpreting blood test results
Experience in primary care, acute medicine, haematology, endocrinology, renal medicine, general medicine, advanced nursing practice, or another relevant clinical area
Previous experience carrying out clinical, evidence, protocol, pathway, guideline, or specialist reviews
Strong assessment and critical evaluation skills
Ability to identify when a marker or interpretation falls outside your professional competence and requires GP, clinical biochemistry, consultant, or other specialist review
Excellent written communication and attention to detail

The work will be provided in a structured review matrix. Each biomarker will require a clear review outcome, comments on any required amendments, and identification of anything requiring further specialist review.
