NJ Licensed Architect/Engineer Needed to Review & Seal Plans – 400 Sq. Ft. Second-Floor Addition

I am looking for a New Jersey licensed architect or qualified professional to review an existing drawing package for an approximately 400 sq. ft. second-floor residential addition in Colonia, NJ.

Most of the design work has already been completed. I currently have:

Will have Complete 2D plans - Yet to get final output
Framing diagrams - No
3D model/design - Yes
Original/editable drawing files - Yes

I am not looking for a complete redesign. I need a licensed professional to review the existing drawings, verify that they meet applicable code and municipal permit requirements, identify and make any necessary corrections, and sign/seal the final drawings where professionally appropriate for permit submission.

I can provide all original drawing files to make the review and modification process easier.

I am looking for a reasonable fixed-price proposal, considering that the majority of the drafting/design work has already been completed.

I also have an upcoming commercial project that will require professional architectural/engineering support. If this residential project goes well, I would be interested in working with the same professional on the commercial project.
