NJ Architect/PE for Permit Plans

I need a NJ licensed architect or PE to provide signed and sealed permit plans for a 700 square foot apartment renovation in Collingswood.

Scope includes:
- Replace drop ceiling with 2x4-framed drywall ceiling, matching existing height with minor code adjustments
- Rebuild standard closet and doorway, non-structural, same footprint
- Review and approve existing beam/support structures

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Licensed Architect or PE in NJ
- Experience with residential permit plans
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Strong structural review knowledge
