Nightwear Tech Pack Development

I’m finalising a two-piece nightwear set—a relaxed T-shirt and matching pajama bottoms—and need a complete, factory-ready tech pack that lets my manufacturer sample without a single follow-up question.

For the T-shirt you’ll capture fabric specifications (soft, breathable knit blends), print or embroidery placement with artwork, and a graded size chart. The pajama bottoms should mirror that depth of detail, covering fabric weight, waistband construction, pocket placement and measurements.

I will hand over mood boards, sketches, brand Pantone codes and initial fit notes. Your role is to translate them into layered Adobe Illustrator files with clear call-outs, construction notes, BOM, colourway breakdowns and stitch specs that meet industry standards.

Deliverables
• Editable AI and print-ready PDF tech pack covering both pieces
• Separate artwork files for all prints/embroidery motifs
• Measurement tables for sizes XS-XL, including grade rules and ±0.5 cm tolerances
• Bill of materials detailing fabrics, trims, thread counts and GSM

Acceptance criteria: a factory should be able to cost, cut and sew the first sample directly from these documents. Two-week turnaround preferred; please share at least one sleepwear or loungewear tech pack you’ve produced so I can confirm style compatibility.
