MOTION DESIGNER / VISUALS CREATOR FOR NIGHTCLUB LED SCREEN (ongoing collaboration)
We are looking for a motion graphics and nightclub visuals specialist to produce the content for our 13 m² (140 sq ft) LED screen at Rosetta Venezuela. This is not a one-off video: we want someone who understands how content reads on a giant screen at night, through haze and lights, and who can deliver new pieces every week.
WHAT WE WILL PRODUCE
• Ambient loops for the night (30 to 60 seconds, seamless, 5 to 8 per month), in line with the club's identity.
• Event promos and DJ line-ups (10 to 15 seconds, with date, artist and large text), 4 to 6 per month.
• One-off animations: countdowns, VIP table welcomes, birthdays, special dates, partner brand logos.
• Editable templates (After Effects or similar) so we can change text and dates ourselves without requesting a new piece each time.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
• 13 m² LED screen, [width] × [height] metres, native resolution [width px] × [height px]. We provide the pixel map and a reference video shot on site.
• Delivery in [MP4 H.264 high bitrate / DXV for Resolume / HAP], 30 or 60 fps, no audio (the screen plays silent).
• Big-screen rules: large shapes and high contrast, no thin lines or small text, gradients with noise to avoid banding, no full-screen white flashes or fast strobing, perfectly seamless loops.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Portfolio with real work for nightclubs, festivals, concerts or LED screens. This is a must: we want to see your pieces playing in a venue.
• Strong After Effects skills plus at least one of: Cinema 4D, Blender, TouchDesigner, Notch, Resolume.
• Generative AI tools are welcome, as long as the result is original and you hold the rights to transfer it.
• Taste: you know when a piece looks cheap and when it looks premium. Our style references: [three references or links].
• Responsiveness: line-up changes 48 hours before an event.
HOW WE WORK
Written brief → styleframes for approval → first cut → up to two rounds of revisions → final files and source files. Everything produced is assigned exclusively to [club name], including editable project files.
ENGAGEMENT AND PAYMENT
We prefer a monthly package with a fixed number of pieces and a price per additional piece. Quote your proposal for the package described above and your unit price per loop and per promo. We start with a paid test: one 30-second loop and one 15-second promo from our brief, delivered within 5 days.
