I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant living in Nigeria who can give me 10–15 hours of help every week. Most days you’ll bounce between online research, data entry, inbox clean-ups, light scheduling and whatever small administrative jobs keep our projects moving smoothly. A stable internet connection and the discipline to show up when you say you will are absolute must-haves, because quick turnarounds are common.
Strong, clear English matters—I’ll sometimes ask you to draft client-facing messages or distill research into short summaries. If you spot a typo, double-booked meeting, or missing detail, I expect you to flag it; that eye for detail is what sets a great assistant apart.
No prior VA title? No problem. I have step-by-step Loom videos and written SOPs ready, and I’m happy to train someone who brings curiosity and a can-do attitude. We live inside Google Workspace and Slack, and most scheduling happens through Google Calendar, though I’m flexible if you prefer another platform.
If this sounds like your kind of role, tell me:
• A recent online research task you handled and how you presented the findings.
• Your usual internet speed.
• The hours you’re most available within West Africa Time.
I’ll start with a paid test task next week, and if we’re both happy, roll straight into an ongoing weekly rhythm. I’m excited to meet a reliable partner who can grow with the team and make everyone’s day a bit easier.
