I need a formal calculation package prepared in full compliance with NFPA 72 Chapter 7 so I can file it alongside the as-built documentation for our fire-alarm upgrade. The system centres on a hybrid fire-alarm control panel; at this stage only the panel data are locked in, with initiating and notification circuits still being finalised. Once you are aboard I will forward the panel cut-sheets, device counts and wiring topology.

Your task is to generate three items and place them into a clear, engineer-ready PDF:

• Battery sizing calculations that prove the panel will operate through its required standby and alarm periods (backup duration is open—show your working so we can adjust easily).
• Maximum allowable circuit / loop / network lengths based on the panel’s published current limits and conductor gauges.
• End-to-end voltage-drop calculations for each circuit, referenced to the worst-case load.

Each worksheet must reference the specific NFPA 72 clauses you apply, include formulas (not just final numbers), and cite all manufacturer data sheets you use. I will review the draft against our jurisdiction’s submittal checklist; once everything balances, I’ll need both an editable spreadsheet and the signed PDF.

If you regularly work in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD Electrical, or specialised FAS calculation software, mention it so I can align the file formats.
