Next.js Website Development with CMS, Calendly & HubSpot Integration

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a modern, responsive B2B website for an AI consulting business. The design should follow the visual direction of Reddit for Business while maintaining a distinct brand identity.

The project requires strong Next.js development skills, CMS implementation, marketing integrations, SEO, and analytics.

Scope of Work

1. Website Development

Build 8 primary pages: Home, AI Across Your Business, Industries & Use Cases, Integrations, Partners, Resources/Blog, About, and Book Your Free AI Discovery.

Add privacy policy, terms, booking confirmation, and 404 pages.

Use Next.js, TypeScript, reusable components, and server-side/static rendering.

Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

2. CMS and Blog

Implement a suitable CMS such as Sanity or Payload.

Create reusable blog listing, category, and article templates.

Support tags, categories, and RSS.

Prepare the site for 3–6 initial articles supplied by the client.

3. Integrations Directory

Build a searchable and filterable directory covering 180+ tools/platforms.

Treat the directory as informational; live integrations with these platforms are not required.

Use structured, reusable data for departments, industries, integrations, and technologies.

4. Calendly and HubSpot

Integrate Calendly for discovery-call bookings.

Connect booking/contact information with HubSpot using supported native or lightweight integration methods.

Capture source, CTA, UTM, and relevant page context where feasible.

Implement a partner inquiry form with separate tracking.

Configure basic contact/company properties, meeting activity, notifications, and optional post-booking questionnaire, subject to feasibility.

5. SEO, Analytics and Quality

Configure metadata, canonical URLs, sitemap, robots.txt, and relevant structured data.

Set up GA4 events, cookie consent, and booking conversion tracking.

Ensure crawlable HTML, accessibility-conscious implementation, performance optimization, and cross-device testing.

Deploy to Vercel or a comparable platform and provide handover documentation.
