We are looking for a developer to build a genuine first-phase MVP for a multi-specialty hospital website. We are comparing both experienced developers and smaller/emerging developers based on relevant portfolio work, technical approach, communication, timeline, and price. Please do not assume that the full long-term hospital platform is included in this budget; the first phase must be a clearly scoped MVP.
Preferred stack: Next.js with the App Router, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Sanity CMS, and Vercel deployment.
Initial scope:
- Approximately 5–7 responsive pages: Home, About Us, Contact, Services, Doctor Directory, and Blog.
- Doctor-directory prototype with doctor name, photo, specialty, and short bio, editable through Sanity.
- Simple WhatsApp/contact routing so visitors can request an appointment or ask general inquiries. This does not require a complex booking backend.
- Basic SEO metadata, semantic structure, and appropriate LocalBusiness or medical-business JSON-LD where suitable.
- Deployment to Vercel and short handover documentation.
Out of scope for this first phase unless separately quoted: advanced animation systems, the full 20–25-page platform, complex appointment scheduling, authentication, payments, medical records, and custom backend features.
Please include one relevant portfolio example and explain what you personally built. Also provide your approximate total value, fixed-price or milestone breakdown, estimated hours and hourly rate if you prefer hourly billing, delivery timeline, assumptions, exclusions, ongoing hosting/CMS/third-party costs, maintenance pricing, and payment terms. Our maximum budget for this first phase is $1,500 USD, so please propose a realistic scope within that cap and identify any optional features separately.
We welcome proposals from both senior/experienced developers and smaller or less-established developers who can demonstrate strong relevant work. We may begin with a small paid milestone before awarding the remaining work. Please do not share confidential client information or proprietary source code in your proposal.
