We are looking for professional, confident, and outgoing freelancers based in New York or nearby areas to represent our team at a 3-day business event. The selected freelancers will assist at our exhibition booth, engage with visitors, introduce our solutions, and help facilitate conversations with potential business prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and engage with attendees at our exhibition booth.
- Interact with business professionals to understand their requirements and interests.
- Introduce our solutions and communicate key information about our offerings.
- Identify relevant prospects and facilitate conversations with our team.
- Distribute brochures, visiting cards, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence throughout the event.
Required Skills & Experience
- Based in New York or within convenient commuting distance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with business professionals and potential clients.
- Professional, proactive, and confident personality.
- Previous experience in trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events, or B2B engagement is preferred.
- Good command of English.
