New Construction CAD Drawings

I need architectural CAD drawings for a new construction project / including the outline of current house and a proposed new build.

The outputs required are CADS and a pdf of:
- Current house (front lot) - Roof plan (incl. an aerial and front view and location of the downpipes) and a floor plan of the ground and upper level
- Illustrative house (back lot) - 3d sketch of the exterior of the house, roof plan and floor plan of the ground and upper level

Information provided - I have sketches of the design and floor plan of the current and new house; and also a survey of the current house.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in architectural CAD software
- Experience with new construction projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
