I need a clean, trouble-free installation of Avitor performed from scratch. Please handle the full setup, verify that every core module loads correctly, and leave me with a system that is ready for configuration of features such as user management, online booking, or payment processing when I decide to enable them later.

Here’s what I expect:
• Install the latest stable Avitor release in a fresh environment.
• Apply any required dependencies, patches, or license keys.
• Prove the install works by logging in to the default admin area and showing the standard dashboard or welcome screen.
• Provide a brief, step-by-step summary of what you did (commands, paths, versions) so I can reproduce or audit the process later.
