I have a collection of PDF and Word files that must be converted into clean, fully editable Google Docs while preserving every element of their complex layout—headings, paragraphs, graphs, charts, and any embedded objects. Your role is to replicate the original look and feel so that the finished documents are virtually indistinguishable from the source files, yet easy for my team to update inside Google Workspace.

Accuracy is critical: figures in charts must match the source exactly, all captions and labels need to stay aligned, and the final Google Docs should be free of stray formatting tags or spacing issues. If you normally rely on advanced Google Docs features (linked charts, drawing tools, add-ons, etc.), feel free to use them as long as the document remains 100 % editable without extra plugins on my side.

Deliverables:
• One Google Docs file per original document, formatted to mirror the source
• Embedded graphs and charts recreated with native Google tools
• A brief changelog noting any elements that could not be reproduced exactly and how you adjusted them
