I have identified four to five very inexpensive apartment listings in Poland and want the final deal to be even better for me. I will pass you each owner’s phone number, my ideal monthly figure, and any extra points I’d like included (lease length, deposit size, move-in date, etc.). Your job is to ring every landlord in Polish, build quick rapport, and steer the conversation toward a rent that sits comfortably below the advertised price while securing any other favourable terms we discuss beforehand.

Native-level Polish, a clear phone presence, and prior experience persuading property owners or closing sales are essential because the whole value of this task lies in how convincingly you can negotiate live on the call. I don’t need formal market reports—just results and concise updates right after each conversation so I know where we stand and what the next step should be.

Deliverables that complete the project:
• At least one genuine conversation with each listed landlord (4–5 calls total)
• A short written recap of every call summarising quoted rent, agreed concessions, and any follow-up required
• Your honest assessment of whether the listing is still worth pursuing based on the discussion

If you can jump on the phone quickly and squeeze out better-than-market terms for these apartments, let me know and we’ll get started today.
