Needed Event Video, Photo & Sound Crew in London. (2 to 3 people crew max)

We’re looking for a lean video and photo production crew to work on 11 November 2026 from 4 PM to 8 PM, including setup. The team should be able to capture high-quality footage and stills, manage the shoot efficiently, and deliver polished final content. Please include your availability, relevant experience, and examples of similar work.
We need an assistant from your end to manage sound part as well

Event Details:

* 70–90 guests at a bar venue
* 20-minute live podcast recording with up to 6 speakers
* 2-camera setup (wide + close-up)
* 6 wireless microphones with separate audio tracks, plus ambient recording
* Audio setup with venue PA
* Portable lighting suitable for a dark bar
* Event photography and vertical B-roll footage
* Raw video, audio and photos delivered in 6 to 8 hours

No editing needed only raw footage
