Need to fix dancer pant

During a recent dance shoot, the performer’s left pant leg became bunched up and remained that way for approximately 30 seconds. I need those frames digitally retouched so the fabric appears smooth and consistent with the rest of the costume.

The original footage is an MP4 file. Please make the correction seamlessly without cropping, blurring, replacing, or altering the footage. The goal is to naturally remove the visible wrinkle while ensuring the edit is undetectable. All colors, audio, and other elements should remain completely unchanged.
