Need Registered Trademark Attorney to File Trademark Application in India (Class 30,31)

Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and registered Indian Trademark Attorney / Trademark Agent to conduct a comprehensive trademark search and file a trademark application (Logo + Wordmark) with the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (IP India).

Applicant Type: Private Limited Company
Mark Type: Device Mark (Logo with Brand Name)
Primary Product Category: Food items (Organic & Natural Jaggery Powder, Spices, Millets, Rice, etc. – predominantly under Class 30 / Class 31)
Scope of Work / Deliverables:
Preliminary & Detailed Search: Conduct a thorough search on the IP India database to check for phonetic and visual similarity, conflict risks, and registrability.
Class & Goods Specification Guidance: Advise on the correct Nice Classification and precise drafting of the goods/services description.
Application Drafting & Filing: Prepare Form TM-A, draft Form TM-48 (Power of Attorney), and file the application online via the official IP India portal.
Receipt & Acknowledgement: Provide the official filing receipt and TM Application Number immediately upon submission so we can start using the ™ symbol.
Basic Advisory: Guidance on tracking application status and initial response to basic formalities check-pass / objections if included in the scope.

Requirements for the Freelancer:
Must be a licensed Advocate or registered Trademark Agent in India with prior experience in IP India e-filing.
Clear track record of filing and clearing trademark objections.
