Need Functional Google Ads Account

I’m looking for a freelancer who can supply—or help me create—a fully verified Google Ads account in perfect standing so I can launch campaigns right away. The account must be clean (no prior suspensions, policy strikes, or billing holds) and ready for immediate use once billing information is added on my side.

Your deliverable will be the working account credentials along with a short hand-off session or set of clear, step-by-step notes that show me how to confirm ownership, add my payment method, and start building ads without triggering compliance issues. Speed and reliability are critical, so only respond if you already know Google Ads policy inside out and can guarantee the account’s good status at transfer.
