Need an expert GTM person for a quick project

My GTM account covers more 20+ individual branches and, after a previous vendor’s work, it is an unmanageable maze. I have zero inherited documentation, yet I still rely on its Conversion Tracking and Analytics tags—especially the Google Analytics integration—so a clear-headed, methodical overhaul is now urgent.

I will break the engagement into four milestones and will only consider proposals that begin with “gtm HFB” in uppercase, confirming you have read every word.

Milestones & Deliverables
1. Inventory & Discovery
• Export a complete list of all containers, tags, triggers, and variables.
• Flag obviously unused or broken items.

2. Duplication Analysis
• Identify every duplicate or near-duplicate tag, trigger, and variable.
• Produce a concise plan for safe consolidation or removal.

3. Function Mapping & Verification
• Explain, in plain language, what each active element does and why it matters.
• Validate that critical Conversion Tracking and Analytics flows still fire correctly in Google Analytics.

4. Clean-up & Handover
• Implement the approved consolidation plan.
• Remove obsolete items, rename assets logically, and publish the cleaned-up workspace.
• Deliver a brief knowledge-share document so future teams understand the structure.
