Need a budding music producer to work with

I already have an original beat arranged in FL Studio along with finished lyrics and a clear creative direction. I will handle the vocal tracking From that point I need a producer/engineer who can:

• Build modern, polished vocals—tight tuning, tasteful compression, delays, reverbs and any creative effects that give the track contemporary shine.
• Add or suggest extra layers, harmonies and ad-libs where they lift the hook and verses without straying from my vision.
• Tweak the instrumental arrangement and swap or refine sounds if something stronger will make the record pop.
• Deliver a full mix and streaming-ready master

Please reply with links to previous vocal-heavy tracks you mixed or produced (especially FL Studio sessions), a brief outline of your workflow, typical turnaround, and your pricing structure or milestone breakdown. Fast, clear communication and a collaborative mindset are essential—I’m happy to grant creative space as long as the core idea stays intact.
