Need 500 USA Home Improvement Leads

I’m looking for a data-savvy freelancer who can pull 500 fresh, verifiable leads from Google Maps across the United States. The focus is strictly on small Home Improvement service businesses that first opened their doors between 2020 and 2026 and are still operating today.

Scope of work
• Source businesses via Google Maps only.
• Capture these fields for each lead: Business name, full address, contact email, direct phone number, year founded/opened (must fall within 2020-2026), and a live Google Maps link.
• Ensure each business is currently active and falls under the Home Improvement services umbrella (for example: remodelers, handyman companies, roofing, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, etc.).
• Remove duplicates, closed listings, P.O. box addresses, and generic call-center numbers.
• Deliver the leads in a clean CSV or Google Sheet.

Acceptance criteria
1. Exactly 500 unique rows that meet every requirement above.
2. At least 90 % of entries must include both a working email and phone number.
3. Random sample of 25 leads must pass manual verification before final approval.
4. Turnaround: ASAP—ideally within 48 hours from award.

Payment
The fixed rate for the full set is $10, released once all acceptance checks are met.
