NECRYPTOVIE (NCV) — Complete 4-Phase Blockchain, AI, Marketplace and IoT Ecosystem
NEVIE-GLOBAL is seeking a senior blockchain agency or an experienced multidisciplinary technology team to design, develop, deploy and deliver the complete four-phase MVP of the NECRYPTOVIE (NCV) ecosystem as a turnkey project.
We want to be fully transparent from the beginning: this is not simply an ERC-20 token development project. NCV is a complete ecosystem combining blockchain, artificial intelligence, automation, SaaS services, digital and physical products, connected devices, IoT, robotics, B2B services and international expansion.
Budget
Target fixed budget: USD 2,800 for the complete four-phase MVP.
The proposal must cover all four phases and include:
one total fixed price for the complete project;
a detailed price breakdown by phase and milestone;
a complete delivery schedule;
milestone-based payments through the platform;
full delivery of source code, repositories, credentials, documentation and intellectual property to NEVIE-GLOBAL;
no vendor lock-in.
Proposals exceeding the target budget may only be considered if the additional cost is clearly and precisely justified.
Phase 1 — NCV Blockchain Foundation
The first phase must include:
fixed-supply ERC-20 utility token deployed on Base;
maximum supply: 100,000,000,000 NCV;
no additional minting capability;
burn functionality;
treasury, vesting, rewards and governance smart contracts;
Safe multi-signature wallet;
role and permission management;
timelock mechanisms;
Base testnet deployment;
Base mainnet deployment;
verified smart-contract source code;
public NCV website;
legal and information pages;
wallet connection;
holder dashboard;
treasury dashboard;
burn dashboard;
vesting dashboard;
token-supply transparency dashboard;
backend infrastructure;
blockchain indexer;
database;
versioned REST API;
secure administration interface;
hosting configuration;
CI/CD deployment process;
monitoring and alerts;
backups and recovery procedures;
security testing;
preparation for an independent smart-contract audit;
remediation support following the independent audit;
technical documentation;
administrator training;
complete technical handover;
public-launch assistance;
post-launch stabilization period.
No public mainnet launch may take place before independent security-audit approval and legal or compliance validation.
Phase 2 — AI, Automation and SaaS Services
The second phase must include:
AI agents and intelligent assistants;
business-process automation;
automated workflows;
SaaS tools and services;
subscription management;
user accounts;
membership plans;
access and permission management;
integrations with external platforms;
APIs connecting NCV with the wider NEVIE-GLOBAL ecosystem;
administration interfaces;
analytics;
monitoring;
reporting;
integration of NCV as an access, payment, participation or reward utility where legally and technically appropriate.
The selected team must clearly identify which AI services, models, APIs and automation platforms will be used.
Phase 3 — Digital and Physical Marketplace
The third phase must include:
marketplace for digital products;
marketplace for services;
marketplace for subscriptions;
marketplace for selected physical products;
customer interface;
seller interface;
partner interface;
administration interface;
product management;
inventory management;
order management;
subscription management;
payment management;
invoicing;
commission management;
reward management;
customer-support tools;
notification systems;
marketplace analytics;
security and fraud-prevention mechanisms;
integration with the NCV utility layer, subject to legal and compliance approval.
Phase 4 — Connected Devices, IoT, Robotics, B2B and International Expansion
The fourth phase must include:
integration with wearables and connected devices;
IoT infrastructure;
device-management services;
secure device registration;
secure communication between devices, applications and the NCV ecosystem;
robotics-related services and integrations;
device-access functionality where relevant;
service and reward functionality connected to NCV where legally appropriate;
B2B portals;
partner portals;
institutional portals;
enterprise APIs;
third-party integrations;
strategic-partner infrastructure;
multilingual interfaces;
international deployment preparation;
localization;
scalable governance;
scalable security architecture;
scalable technical and operational architecture;
international compliance preparation.
Physical hardware manufacturing and the purchase of physical IoT or robotic devices are not automatically included in the USD development budget unless the applicant explicitly confirms otherwise.
Project Scope and Delivery Model
This request concerns the complete four-phase MVP.
We are not requesting a quotation for Phase 1 only.
The selected partner must design the architecture for all four phases from the beginning so that each phase can operate together without requiring a complete technical rebuild.
The project may be delivered progressively through separate milestones, but the technical proposal, total price and delivery schedule must cover all four phases from the outset.
Applicants must clearly identify:
features that will be fully operational;
features that will be delivered as functional MVPs;
features that will be delivered as functional prototypes;
elements requiring later production-scale deployment;
assumptions;
dependencies;
exclusions;
optional costs;
mandatory third-party costs.
Any additional cost not identified in the original proposal will require formal written approval from NEVIE-GLOBAL.
Costs to List Separately
The following costs must be clearly listed separately when they are not included in the fixed price:
independent smart-contract audit;
legal and regulatory services;
blockchain gas fees;
hosting and cloud infrastructure;
paid APIs;
AI-model usage;
paid third-party software;
domain names;
email services;
payment-provider fees;
hardware manufacturing;
physical IoT devices;
robotics equipment;
long-term maintenance;
post-warranty support.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
proven experience with blockchain projects;
experience with smart contracts deployed on mainnet;
strong expertise in Solidity;
strong expertise in ERC-20;
experience with Base or another EVM-compatible blockchain;
experience with OpenZeppelin;
experience with Safe multisig;
smart-contract security knowledge;
frontend-development capabilities;
backend-development capabilities;
database-development capabilities;
REST API-development capabilities;
DevOps capabilities;
AI and automation experience;
SaaS-development experience;
marketplace-development experience;
ability to integrate IoT, connected devices or robotics directly or through identified specialists;
experience with scalable and modular architectures;
fixed-price and milestone-based project management;
ability to provide verifiable technical references.
All production accounts, repositories, infrastructure, domains, wallets and administrative credentials must be owned and controlled by NEVIE-GLOBAL.
The selected partner must transfer all source code, documentation, repositories, credentials and intellectual property created under the project to NEVIE-GLOBAL.
Vendor lock-in will not be accepted.
