NAVLE Veterinary Prep Material PDF Split -- 3

I need a PDF book (veterinary examination prep material — NAVLE) split into smaller files based on the rules below. This is a simple but detail-oriented task requiring accuracy and consistent file naming.
Task Requirements:

I will share the source PDF book with the freelancer at the start of the project.
The book must first be divided chapter-wise, based on the existing chapter breaks in the book.
Within each chapter, the pages must be further split into groups of 3 pages each, saved as separate PDF files, in the following naming format:

Chapter 1 - Part 1.pdf (pages 1–3 of Chapter 1)
Chapter 1 - Part 2.pdf (pages 4–6 of Chapter 1)
Chapter 1 - Part 3.pdf (pages 7–9 of Chapter 1)
...and so on, continuing sequentially until the chapter ends.

If a chapter's last part has fewer than 3 pages remaining (e.g., only 1 or 2 pages left), that should still be saved as its own part (e.g., Chapter 1 - Part 4.pdf with 2 pages) — do not merge it into the next chapter.
Repeat this process for every chapter in the book until the entire PDF is fully split.
All output files must be organized into folders per chapter (e.g., a folder named "Chapter 1" containing all its parts, "Chapter 2" containing all its parts, etc.).
All chapter folders must be uploaded to a Google Drive folder, and the shareable link must be provided to me upon completion.

Deliverables:

One Google Drive folder containing sub-folders for each chapter
Each sub-folder containing correctly split and named 3-page PDF parts
A shared Google Drive link sent to me at project completion

Skills Required:

PDF editing/splitting tools (Adobe Acrobat, PDF24, SmallPDF, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and consistency in file naming
Google Drive familiarity (folder structuring and link sharing)
Ability to complete accurately within a tight 2-day deadline

Notes for Bidders:

Please confirm you understand the naming/splitting logic before bidding.
Speed and accuracy both matter files must be correctly ordered and labeled, as this material will be used for study purposes.
I will share the source PDF directly with the freelancer selected for this project.
