Natural Skin Smoothing Retouch -- 2

I need a skilled photo retoucher to polish a small set of model images. The goal is subtle, natural-looking skin smoothing on the face only—no heavy “plastic” finish, just a clean complexion that still shows real texture. Color, background, and body can stay exactly as they are; the only edits required are to the facial skin.

Scope and deliverables
• Retouch each provided image with minimal, non-destructive facial skin smoothing
• Preserve pores, freckles, and overall realism while removing minor blemishes and shine
• Supply final files in the original resolution and format, plus layered PSDs (or equivalent) so adjustments remain editable

I work in Adobe Photoshop, so compatibility there is important. Please include a brief note on your retouching approach and one or two relevant before/after samples so I can gauge your style matches the natural finish I’m after.
