I have a fully-built mobile app in FlutterFlow that I’m now ready to take native. Your job is to reproduce the entire experience in Swift for iOS and Java for Android, matching the original design pixel-for-pixel, duplicating every feature, and retaining the same smooth performance—or improving it where possible.
The current build works, but being tied to FlutterFlow limits my control over custom code and optimisation. I’ll provide the existing FlutterFlow project, Figma screens, backend endpoints, and a brief test plan so you can see what “identical” really means.
Key expectations
• UI/Design fidelity: layouts, colours, typography, animations, and any custom widgets must look and feel exactly the same on both native platforms.
• Features & functionality: all screens, navigation flows, API calls, local storage, push notifications, and in-app purchases (where present) must be fully operational.
• Performance: app start-up time, scrolling smoothness, and memory usage should be on par with or better than the FlutterFlow version.
Deliverables
1. Two separate repositories: Xcode (Swift) and Android Studio (Java) projects ready for App Store / Play Store submission.
2. Build instructions and environment setup notes.
3. A short comparison report summarising any improvements or unavoidable deviations.
4. TestFlight / internal test APK builds for final verification.
Acceptance criteria
• All test cases I supply pass without regressions.
• UI matches the provided Figma on devices from iPhone SE–iPhone 14 Pro Max and Android 7.0+.
• No critical crashes or leaks after 30 minutes of continuous use.
