Native German Speakers for Call Center Role-Play Recording

We are seeking native German speakers to participate in a recording project simulating call center scenarios. Each pair will engage in 4 sessions (minimum 35 minutes each) covering topics such as Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Hospital, Travel, and Retail. Participants will alternate roles between customer and customer service agent during the sessions, ensuring each person acts as the agent at least once.

The total recording duration is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Each participant must find their own partner and use the Zoom app for calls, with conversations recorded separately on each end using another device. At least one of the devices used for the Zoom call should be a PC or laptop, and participants must use headphones during the call. The recording environment must be quiet and free of any noise distractions.
