Native English Support Rep

I’m looking for a clear, professional native English speaker who can step in for part-time customer support while our U.S. clients are online. You’ll be the first point of contact, answering questions, resolving minor issues, and making sure every interaction ends on a positive note. Most conversations arrive through our ticketing platform, but on busy days we may also route enquiries from live chat or email, so being comfortable moving between channels is important.

The schedule is flexible within standard U.S. business hours; we’ll agree on a consistent block of time that fits us both. Because we rely on a lightly automated help-desk workflow, any familiarity with AI chat assistants, canned-response generators, or similar tools will make your day smoother and is a definite plus.

To keep things simple, I measure success by:

• Timely, friendly responses that follow our knowledge-base guidance
• Accurate ticket updates inside our CRM before you sign off each day
• A short end-of-shift summary highlighting resolved issues and anything that needs my follow-up
