Native English Speaker for Client Calls & Communication

We’re looking for a native English speaker to handle client calls, interviews, and ongoing communication on behalf of our agency.

No software development experience or technical background is required. Our agency handles all development work. We’ll provide the project information, guidance, and AI tools you need to prepare for conversations and communicate clearly.

Your role is to be the client’s main point of contact and keep communication organized, professional, and responsive.

What you’ll do

- Attend introductory calls, client interviews, and project meetings as our agency’s representative.
- Handle day-to-day client messages and follow-ups.
- Use AI tools to prepare for calls, draft replies, and summarize discussions.
- Share client questions, requests, and feedback with our team.
- Deliver updates using information provided by our developers.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on outstanding questions or materials.
- Build comfortable, professional relationships with clients.

The main requirement is native English fluency, with clear, natural communication on video calls and in writing. Previous experience in software development, project management, or agency work is not required.

We’ll support you with technical explanations and project details. You’ll focus on communicating them clearly and keeping conversations moving.
