Our product team is expanding rapidly—twenty-seven developers came on board last week—and I’m adding a small group of senior voices who can guide the architectural direction of our codebase. If you are a native English speaker with at least two years of professional, hands-on experience in software architecture, I’d like you working alongside our engineers to keep designs scalable, maintainable, and well-documented.
You will meet with project leads to discuss requirements, shape high-level component diagrams, review pull requests for architectural soundness, and create concise documentation that the entire team can follow. Clear written and spoken communication is essential; you’ll often be the bridge between product ideas and implementation details.
This is an ongoing, remote engagement. Please share examples of architecture decisions you’ve led, the tech stacks involved, and anything that highlights your ability to explain complex concepts in plain English. I review proposals daily and aim to onboard the first architects within the week.
