I run a digital-marketing and AI-automation agency with a growing roster of U.S. clients. To keep communication seamless, I need a native English speaker to serve as the first point of contact during client meetings and handle everyday customer-support queries.
You’ll hop onto scheduled Zoom or Google Meet calls, relay project updates in clear, friendly language, and jot down action items for the internal team. Between calls, you’ll monitor our shared Help Scout inbox, answering straightforward questions and flagging anything that needs my attention. It’s an entry-level liaison role, so deep marketing expertise isn’t mandatory; a confident tone, strong listening skills, and reliable internet are.
There’s no rigid deadline—this is meant to be an ongoing collaboration. As long as you can overlap a few hours with U.S. business time, we can set a flexible schedule that works for both of us.
Weekly deliverables
• Attend assigned client meetings and send a brief written summary within two hours
• Respond to support emails within 24 hours, escalating complex issues when needed
• Keep our Notion board current with client feedback and next steps
I’ll share call scripts, brand guidelines, and onboarding materials once we agree on the start date. If you’re ready to be the friendly voice our clients hear first, tell me a bit about your availability and any previous client-facing experience you have.
