# Senior Native iOS & Android Developer Required for Existing App Technical Audit

We have an **existing live mobile application available on both iOS and Android** and are looking for a highly experienced **Native Mobile App Developer / Architect** to perform a complete technical audit.

This is **not a new app development project**. We want an independent expert to review our existing application, source code, backend/API integration and overall architecture before we hire a full-time developer for ongoing development.

## Required Expertise

You must have strong professional experience in:

* Native Android — **Kotlin / Java**
* Native iOS — **Swift / Objective-C**
* REST APIs and backend integration
* Push notifications
* App performance optimization
* Crash/debugging analysis
* App security
* Git/GitHub
* Google Play Store & Apple App Store deployment
* Maintaining and improving existing production applications

Experience with React Native/Flutter is welcome, but **strong Native Android and iOS experience is mandatory.**

## Scope of Audit

We want you to:

1. Review the complete Android and iOS source code.
2. Review overall app architecture and code quality.
3. Identify bugs, technical debt and poorly implemented areas.
4. Check app performance, loading speed and image handling.
5. Review API/backend integration.
6. Review security and handling of credentials/API keys.
7. Check crash handling, logging and analytics.
8. Review push notification implementation.
9. Review scalability for a growing inventory and user base.
10. Review App Store/Play Store build and deployment setup.
11. Identify outdated libraries/dependencies and potential risks.
12. Advise whether we should continue with the existing native architecture or consider any architectural changes in the future.
13. Provide recommendations for ongoing development and maintenance.

## Deliverables

At completion, we require a **written technical audit report** containing:

* Critical issues
* High-priority issues
* Medium/low-priority improvements
* Security concerns
* Performance issues
* Code-quality assessment
* Architecture assessment
* Estimated effort required to fix major issues
* Recommended development roadmap
* Overall health score of the existing application

We also require a video/online meeting after the audit to explain the findings.
