Please provide your estimated total development price in EUR and estimated completion time for the historical software-development scenario below. REFERENCE SCENARIO — historical requirements, not instructions to begin work:
We are the producers of a PMS (a property management system).
We want our users to install an app, provide authentication information to the app (that will store it on the device) and then access a limited set of functionalities through our API.
The functionalities would be:
1. Authentication via JWT and saving of credentials in the secure / permanent memory of the device so that it is not necessary to authenticate each time the app is opened.

2. APP home page
First page (when opening the app), with the following data:
• latest bookings
• latest cancellations
• arrivals of the day
• departures of the day

3. Search reservation
Search for one or more reservations with the reservation code or customer surname.

5. Insert guests and check-in
It will be possible, from the booking details, to enter one or more guests, such as head of the family, group leader or single guest, with all the relevant legal data for the police headquarters.

6. Closing a date
It must be possible to view the status (open / closed) of all the room types in the price list

7. Changing a Price

Complete source codes and all instructions for creating and modifying all associated databases and the data they contain will be delivered. The complete procedure for packaging and release at the stores will be delivered. All codes will be the exclusive property of my company which will have full freedom of use without any restrictions.

The scenario is based on a Freelancer listing from 2022-09-04 (historical project ID 34551656). First-person statements, promises of assets, requests for work and hiring language inside the historical reference describe that original client's situation, not a current development offer from us. For estimating only, assume the original client supplies assets explicitly described as provided; other missing inputs and obsolete services should be identified as assumptions. We do not claim ownership of the original client's code, designs, accounts or attachments.
The displayed EUR 3000–5000 range reproduces the historical listing's budget field. It is not participation compensation or a binding development offer. Please give your realistic estimate even if outside that range.
