Nationwide Cleaner Recruiter Outreach

I operate a fast-growing cleaning service and need help keeping our roster stocked with reliable cleaners in every state. Your assignment is to track down, vet, and deliver qualified cleaners from all across the United States, then log their details for my final interview and onboarding.

You are free to mix and match the outreach channels that suit you best—posting on leading online job boards, engaging prospects on social media, and picking up the phone for direct cold calls. Because many of the best technicians respond only after a personal touch, I’m looking for someone who already feels comfortable pitching, overcoming objections, and closing interest on the spot.

Here’s how we’ll measure success:

• At least 20 vetted cleaners added to the pipeline each week, spanning a minimum of five different states.
• Each lead must include name, city/state, phone, email, years of experience, own-supplies status, and earliest available start date.
• All information entered into the shared Google Sheet within 24 hours of first contact.

I’ll provide the core script, a sample ad, and access to our tracking sheet. If you can keep the flow of qualified candidates steady, this will turn into a long-term engagement.
