n8n WhatsApp Dynamic Reply Setup

I want to build an n8n workflow that listens to incoming WhatsApp messages and sends back dynamic replies when a user chooses from a set of options. The logic must sit entirely inside n8n, using a WhatsApp Business API (or an officially supported gateway you recommend) so the flow stays maintainable and scalable.

Here’s what I have in mind: when a message arrives, the workflow should detect the option the user selects—such as “1”, “2”, “A”, “B”, or any other short code we define—and fetch the corresponding reply from a JSON/Database/Google Sheet, then return that message instantly. Each branch needs proper error handling, logging, and a fall-back response if the user types anything outside the predefined options.

Please include:

• Connection instructions for the WhatsApp Business API or gateway you choose
• Brief documentation showing how I can add new options and responses without touching code
• A quick demo video or screenshots proving a live test with at least three sample options
