I need an n8n workflow that connects to my WhatsApp Business account and fires off automated messages without manual intervention. The goal is to handle three use-cases—promotions, time-sensitive notifications, and gentle reminders—while pulling in personalized user data so every chat feels 1-to-1 rather than a blast.
Here is what I have in mind:
• The trigger can be either a webhook, a schedule, or a call from an existing REST endpoint—whichever you feel is the cleanest way to pass user-specific variables such as name, order number, or appointment date into the workflow.
• n8n should then format the message, inject the variables, and hit the WhatsApp Business API (or your preferred gateway) to send it.
• I’d like a simple success/fail log so I can track delivery and catch any API errors quickly.
You’re free to suggest nodes, credentials handling, or helper services that keep the setup lightweight and secure. Once complete, I’ll need the .json export of the workflow plus a brief step-by-step so I can replicate it in another instance.

Project: FlexiFunnels + Meta WhatsApp Cloud API + n8n
Scope:
- Set up official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API using our business-owned accounts
- Create a secure n8n production webhook and connect the FlexiFunnels registration form
- Capture WhatsApp consent and validate name and phone number
- Send an approved registration-confirmation template
- Test a reminder workflow using a confirmed event date and time
- Track delivery failures, prevent duplicate sends and document troubleshooting
- Provide exported n8n workflows, setup documentation and a handover session
Please provide a fixed-price quote, delivery timeline, relevant portfolio, support period, and acceptance criteria. All Meta and n8n accounts must remain under our ownership.
