N8N Automation Developer Needed!

We are an AI automation agency helping appointment-based service businesses—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medspas, dental practices, and healthcare clinics—streamline operations and recover lost revenue through AI-powered automation.

We're looking for a talented n8n Automation Developer to build scalable automation systems, integrate AI tools, and create reliable workflows that improve our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n
Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
Connect CRMs, calendars, email platforms, and AI services into seamless workflows
Build AI-powered automations using OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLM APIs
Configure and optimize GoHighLevel CRM automations and pipelines
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing workflows
Document workflows and create reusable automation templates
Collaborate with the founder to develop scalable client solutions

Requirements

Proven experience building workflows with n8n
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth authentication
Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Claude
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and automation
Familiarity with Google Workspace integrations (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written English and communication
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
Nice to Have
Experience with Twilio, Resend, or similar messaging/email platforms
Experience with Thinkrr, Vapi, Bland.ai, or other AI voice platforms
Familiarity with Docker, VPS environments, or self-hosted n8n
Experience building automation systems for agencies or service-based businesses
