Project Overview
We are looking for a highly capable, discreet freelancer to conduct a structured mystery-shopping and sales-integrity assessment within the African safari tourism industry.
The objective is to evaluate how selected sales contacts respond to realistic safari inquiries, including whether they follow appropriate business procedures or attempt to divert potential business into unauthorized personal arrangements.
This is not a mass-messaging, marketing, or lead-generation project. We require carefully planned, realistic, individualized conversations.
Responsibilities
1. Research and Customer Scenarios
* Research Tanzania safari destinations, itineraries, accommodations, typical pricing, and travel arrangements.
* Develop realistic prospective customer scenarios, including couples, families, small groups, and luxury travelers.
* Prepare inquiries with believable travel dates, budgets, preferences, and questions.
* Ensure each scenario sounds natural and different rather than following a repetitive template.
2. AI-Assisted Communication
* Use ChatGPT or other AI tools to help prepare professional, realistic inquiries.
* Continue conversations naturally based on actual responses received.
* Understand the conversation before preparing each reply.
* Maintain consistency in the traveler’s preferences and circumstances throughout the interaction.
* Avoid robotic, repetitive, or obviously AI-generated messages.
3. WhatsApp and Email Communication
The freelancer must be capable of managing conversations through both WhatsApp and email.
We are especially interested in having controlled test accounts using properly obtained and verified numbers from:
* France (+33)
* Spain (+34)
* United Kingdom (+44)
Each test profile should have a dedicated, functioning email address consistent with the communication scenario.
All accounts and numbers must be legitimately controlled by the project team. No number spoofing, stolen accounts, or impersonation of real individuals is permitted.
4. Conversation Management
* Send customized safari inquiries to contacts provided and authorized by the client.
* Conduct thoughtful follow-up conversations.
* Assess how each contact handles the opportunity and whether they direct inquiries through appropriate company procedures.
* Document any unsolicited proposal to arrange business through another company, private channel, or unauthorized payment arrangement.
* Never request confidential customer databases, credentials, or private business records.
5. Reporting and Documentation
For every assessment, provide:
* Complete WhatsApp or email conversation records.
* Dates and times of communication.
* Summary of the contact’s responses.
* Observed indications of appropriate or potentially unauthorized business practices.
* Supporting screenshots or exported conversations.
* An objective conclusion distinguishing observations from suspicions.
