MySQL Text Data Entry

I have a collection of text-only records that must be entered directly into an existing MySQL database. I will provide the field mapping, access credentials, and a small sample so you can verify the structure before starting.

Scope of work:
• Review each record for accuracy, remove obvious typos, and apply the provided naming conventions.
• Insert the cleaned data into the correct tables through phpMyAdmin, command-line SQL, or another MySQL-friendly tool—whichever you are most comfortable with.
• Run a simple SELECT count check to confirm that every supplied record has been loaded with no duplicates.
• Deliver a brief log (date, number of rows inserted, any anomalies flagged) once the upload is complete.

Attention to detail and familiarity with MySQL data types and basic queries are the key skills I’m after. If you have experience with similar text-based data migrations, let me know; otherwise, clear communication and accuracy will speak for themselves.
