MYOB Payslip Excel Extract

I need a simple, repeat-able way to pull payslip data from MYOB straight into Excel. For every payslip the export only has to contain the employee’s name, the pay period and the net pay; nothing else is required.

You’re free to use whatever method suits you best—MYOB’s API, a custom report, a VBA macro that calls ODBC, Power Query, or any other practical approach—as long as the result lands in a clean Excel sheet I can refresh each time new payslips are processed. If a small utility or script is the easiest route, that works for me too.

Deliverables
• A working solution that produces the Excel file with the three fields above
• A brief, clear set of instructions so I can run or refresh it on my own

Once the export runs smoothly with current data I’ll close the project; future enhancements can become a separate job if needed.
