MYOB AO/AOTAX Transactions Migration

I need to move fewer than 10,000 financial-transaction records from my current accounting database into MYOB Accountants Office (AO) and AO Tax. I will supply a clean export of the source data; what I require is the full end-to-end migration, including field mapping, data transformation where formats differ, and a post-import reconciliation to confirm every figure balances.

You’ll be working directly inside the latest MYOB AO and AOTAX environments (I can set up remote access or exchange safeguarded files—whichever you prefer). Accuracy is critical: GST codes, dates, ledger accounts, and running balances must arrive intact so there are no downstream compliance issues.

Deliverables
• Import files or scripts ready to load into MYOB AO and AOTAX
• A reconciliation report showing that control totals in the destination match the source
• A brief, repeatable procedure document so my in-house team can audit or rerun the process if needed
