MVP Development for Indian Products Marketplace

We are looking for a hands-on engineering intern/freelancer to build an end-to-end MVP for a mobile-friendly marketplace connecting customers with premium, verified vendors of authentic regional Indian products.

What needs to be built:

* Customer registration/login and user accounts
* Vendor listings and profiles
* Product catalogues with images, pricing, and product details
* Product search and basic filtering
* Cart and order placement
* Payment gateway integration
* Delivery/shipping integration
* Order tracking and order status management
* Basic admin panel for vendor onboarding, product management, and order tracking
* Responsive, mobile-friendly UI
* Backend, database, APIs, and deployment

Preferred technology:

* React/Next.js + Node.js + PostgreSQL, or
* React Native/Flutter + Firebase

What we are looking for:

* Ability to build and deploy a working MVP, not just a prototype
* Good understanding of databases, APIs, and backend development
* Experience with authentication, image uploads, payments, and basic search
* Ability to independently own tasks and solve problems
* Clear and consistent communication
* Experience with e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus
